Africa doesn't really have any reporting or testing infrastructure so it could easily have spread there already from what I understand. If it has already happened there really would not be anything anyone could do about it.

It probably hasn't or will only being deadly to Asians living/working there.
As far as it's been going, anyone can get infected, but only middle-aged and old "Asian" males seem to be dying from it.
Also, Wuhan has a community of about 3 000 African students. Most of them flew back to Africa around mid-January.
See that idea that it targets Asians, I don't know if I buy that just yet. Do you? If so why?
Find me a single news report saying a non-Asian person died from that virus.
Many African countries have research facilities funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Monsanto (they have shares in).
Adding the following too.

I'm sure they do but if the test kits are sparse here in the US(which hospitals in my area are claiming) I'd guess they might be hard to get in Africa too.
Also I really don't trust Bill Gates the guy has said some crazy stuff in interviews.
I don't honestly think this is some kind of pandemic like the sensationalists are claiming. I think its the same thing as H1N1 lots of people are really really afraid and that is understandable but I don't think its going to end the world.
There's only one case in Egypt, check out the ethnicity of that infected individual. If they aren't Asian, they will just get the equivalent of a mild case of flu.
Not a single news report claimed a non-Asian infected person died from that virus.
They completely avoid talking about the ethnicity topic.
