You're conflating two issues.
There is no valid reason to wear a mask because masks simply don't work. There is no reason to trust the Covid tests because the guy who invented it has said from the beginning that it doesn't work to isolate viruses.
You're right. But the title implies both that wearing a mask is needed pre-vaccine and that the vaccine provides safety when the reality is that COVID isn't a serious threat at all, if it is even distinct from the common cold in the first place.

They’re not separate issues. Any “evidence” of masks working or not is based on nebulous “case numbers” which are based on a fraudulent and unverified test.
