There should be a lot more of these lawsuits. Just the fact that it’s not FDA approved makes it illegal. And there are many other ways they could approach it in court. Hopefully every institution floods the courts with lawsuits against the mandates

The ACLU is the legal arm of the Democrat party at this point. They're not going to go after this administration.

It's bizarre that they still want to attend a university so anti-science as to require measures that are experimentally proven to be ineffective. I can't imagine what they expect to learn there.

All the others have been kicked do to exemptions. Not a good reason but lie, the government does it constantly.
