While each department uses its own forms, there is a common question popping up. Staff are asked whether “You affirm/agree that you have never received a vaccine or medicine from a health care provider as an adult.”
That’s illegal to ask.

The somewhat good news is that the SC threw out the college lawsuit once the college made a broad exemption for religious exemptions.
With that email and questions they must answer I don’t know how they’ll rule.
But it looks like the vaxxed and unvaxxed are banding together in this fight so he may have a huge hilarious shit show on his hands.
