Those Children needed to be locked down for their own good, and the good of their elder's.

Growing up isn't a privilege that comes without sacrifice.

These kids need to learn that Childhood isn't something everyone is entitled to, especially when it means sacrificing a Grandparent's old age.

I'm sure the Grandparents would agree, every moment their Grandkid spends not being exposed to Covid-19 is worth a week of watching them play freely, in a disgusting and germ infested world.

There are consequences to having few connections and minimal human interactions. People over the age of 55 and teens are especially at risk for brain changes due to solitude. In a recent longitudinal study on people in the United Kingdom with an average age of 57, researchers discovered that those who were considered socially isolated (defined as living alone, having less than monthly social contact, and having less than weekly participation in social activities) had a 26 percent increased risk of dementia after 12 years. Those deemed socially isolated showed lower gray-matter brain volume in some portions of the brain, especially the temporal, frontal, and hippocampal regions.

Maybe the elderly getting locked in their rooms in nursing homes or retirement communities but were these kids locked in closets during Covid?

They were everywhere in secret gatherings/parties and had parents who came home etc.

The only good thing to come out if the lockdowns were parents realizing what their kids were being taught by the states/feds and pushing back.
