It is good to publicly shame those who do wrong, it is a safety feature of a conscious society. Prosecution for crimes, including mass murder, should follow by the stripping of all wealth.

I had the chance to take a crisis communication class made for an executive audience. Well worth it if you ever get the chance. Mr. Bourla failed.
1) Reframe and simplify the question. 2) Answer honestly and directly. 3) Add context and discuss actions.
"I can hear you are worried about people contracting covid after vaccination. I am too, and it is happening more than I want to see. Today I do not have a good answer, but I have directed our medical team to provide us with the frequency of covid disease in vaccinees and how this differs from our anticipated trial results. When this becomes available in about a month I will share this with the public."

He will only answer vetted softball questions from the 'accreddited' mob.
"Have a nice day" i can tell you from my own experience is about as passive aggressive as you can get as a non answer, it was one of the go to-s for me doing private security for a long time, bush-lawyers keep going at you, all i had to do was repeat the law to them, then tell them im refusing to respond any more, then have a nice day, then you just stop talking entirely and let them waste more breath. By that time one of two things has happened, they either get physical because verbal isnt working in which case they get put to the floor very quickly and very painfully, or they get bored and walk away.
