California Eastern District Judge William Shubb on Wednesday ruled that the "consensus" on COVID is so vague and ill-defined that the physician plaintiffs are "unable to determine if their intended conduct contradicts the scientific consensus, and accordingly 'what is prohibited by the law.'"

Very good news. Just shocking that the American Medical Association and California Medical Association were not challenging a law that gags doctors about what they can discuss with their patients. The AMA and CMA are so cucked to the pharma industry that they do not represent doctors.
