I never had it. I looked up how to make the stuff, seems 'natto starter' into prepared soy beans ferments it into sticky beans. I wonder if baker's yeast could do the same.

Just be careful with this stuff because it interferes with thrombogenesis and can make bleeding worse. Example, you suffer a hemorrhagic stroke this stuff if taken improperly, will make it worse.

Be sure to understand it and use it properly for good health.
