Silliness, Biden put a moratorium on drilling in the gulf via executive order. I would be just as easy for Trump to issue a new executive order to get rid of the first one. He wouldn't need to rename it to have a "work around". He's doing it (or talking about doing it) just to be an asshole. I like it. It makes me laugh. I'm an asshole though.
