Yeah, that was why I quit after about 40 years of guzzling it a few years ago , I was addicted. I pretty much replaced diet coke with coffee and sugar. Once every month or two I treat myself to a diet coke. At my age it doesn't matter much anymore, if I want it I should have it. Then coke went woke and that was it for me.
My concern isn't about you as an individual person, but as public person like Trump accepting to get associated with goyslop that increases risk of getting cancer.

He drinks diet coke! Consumption is a personal choice for everyone in a world of the many things that "could" increase the risk of cancer. Rejecting their award would be bad optics.
