I seriously doubt Trump is your man. Trump's ear flesh wound was not a "deadly wound".

A deadly wound healed would be bringing the "head" back to life. (((trump))) was wounded in an assassination attempt, i.e. a life ending act that failed to make its full outcome. You can heal from a wound that was supposed to be a mortal one. You yourself said he would have died if he had not turned his head when he did. No one heals from being dead. It's metaphorical to say "mortal wound" in this context.

It's not literal. 7 heads are 7 leaders (heads) of 7 nations.

(((trump))) got his wound from an assassination attempt, you know, an attempt to kill him. It would have been a mortal wound, but it healed. You cannot be dead AND heal.
