Our comp y just pushed this training shit. If it’s not completed you won’t get your end of year bonuses. Also words in our HR policies recently change to be “more inclusive”.
This shit needs to stop.
I wish I could spoof a email address and say it how it is. Repose this to all hands email distribution or something.
You can fail to do your safety training and company get osha fined. But no problem. But fail to take your DEI training programming. And lose part of your salary.
This entire country needs an overhaul. The Marxist have too much power.
