That is not mental health, that is mental illness being celebrated.

Yes, the mental health profession is full of sickos who can’t help others because they don’t understand the scientific method. They think it’s unethical to have a control group. Most “therapies”, talk and drug both, are ineffective because most modern studies are not reproducible. I believe this is all by design, they don’t want you to be healthy, you are easier to control when you are anxious and drugged up.

One thing you can do to improve your mental health is to work on improving your physical health and to do things outdoors. Start with a walk around your block. Lose weight. Stop eating goyslop and learn to cook food from real ingredients. Exercise. Develop healthy relationships. Repair existing, damaged relationships. Drink less, smoke less, vape less. Trust me, you’ll start to feel better.

Comorbidities are real. If your body is unhealthy, your mind becomes unhealthy and vice versa. I’m probably preaching to the choir, but people need to know that many of our problems can be fixed easily and naturally.

All good points. The vast majority of problems can be solved by just a few simple things. Eat less garbage, eat fresh home-made food. Workout to your best ability (daily) Practice good hygiene.
