I thought we already had a bill like that, the Second Amendment.

Yep. That's why they call it constitutional carry. It codifies what is constitutionally already legal.

Insanity.

I think we all wish these types of bills weren't necessary but in today's world, any attempt to further enshrine what should already be non-negotiable is a good thing.

any attempt to further enshrine what should already be non-negotiable

Law or words can never make something non-negotiable.

Only force or cooperation can. And the withdrawal of the latter can only be protected and assured by the former.

There are no exceptions to this rule of nature, at all.

And where there are they always regress, eventually, to the last and final arbiter of all history.

You stupid fucking kike. I was so angry when I saw it was you who started to write that. That /s though. Seriously get in the fucking oven.

That /s though.

I started including that because of you, you know. 'member that time someone had posted, like, 35 links in 20 min and you banned him? Then I said something like "Posting 35 links in as many minutes is totally normal, and then you yelled at me so I put a " /s " yeah... and after we understood each-other, that's when we became bros.

Has anyone told you that you're a bro today? Or reminded you that you've been induced into the Society of Named Bros? Because you're a bro... officially now.

My problem here is with the word "residents"

It should be american citizens, not just "residents"

Illegals are residents for instance

https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/illegal-immigrant-crime-rates/

>Using Arizona Department of Corrections data spanning 1985–2017, Lott calculates that illegal immigrants in Arizona aged 18-35, for example, are 250 percent more likely to commit crimes than young U.S. citizens. Further, such illegal immigrants commit more serious crimes — such as murder, robbery, and sexual assault.
