There is plenty of evidence that previous infection is longer lasting and more broad in addition to higher rates of side effects for those vaccinated who already have immunity. Anyone can say that got sick last winter and lost their sense of smell so they believe it was covid. Also, PCR tests have a 80+% false positive rate so you can claim you got one but lost the result.
