They harvest the organs while you are still alive. Doctors give the donor pain medication. They make millions off selling them, and give the donor's family some bullshit story of virtue to make them think they're noble for letting their relative "live on" in another.

And it's completely against all medical wisdom. Any type of inoculation prior to a transplant only causes more risk to the host receiving the transplant. It INCREASES the chance of rejection!
