Who's honestly going to believe such crap? I hope the prosecution asks this guy for other details of the crime scene (like the show Psych) Such as how many buttons were on Baldwin's shirt or how many hairs are on his head. The guy would either lie or say I don't know. So we are then led to believe the only thing the witness noticed was Baldwin didn't have his finger on the trigger?

It was premeditated murder. Accidental discharge was the planned alibi.
The word is that the type of gun used must be cocked first before the trigger pull.
So the next question that he will lie to is: Did you cock the gun? Next is how many accessories will there be before and after the shooting.

The gun is described as a modern Italian reproduction of the famous Colt SAA (Single Action Army). These need to have the hammer cocked before the trigger is pulled. On an already loaded gun, two different actions must occur: cock the hammer, pull the trigger.

Assuming the dipship ass. producer cocked the gun before handing it to him, Baldwin would still have had to ignore the gun being cocked, fail to check for live rounds, and pull the trigger.

These lying shits need to do real time in a prison same as cops who kill someone carelessly.
