I hope this is applied to all federal agencies (ATF) as well.

Ok now do the ATF. This is the icing on the cake. Government regulation is out of control on all fronts. The rule makers need to be elected, not career bureaucrats. Congress needs a complete reworking with term limits and they need to do their fucking job.

My understanding is this opens up the atf for the exact same litigation. It forces congress to act instead of having 3 letter agencies set stuff directly without voting or oversight.

This opens up similar lawsuits against any federal agency that operates outside their strictly set purview when they were created. ATF will get rekt by this.

Isn’t the FDA and FCC FBI CIA etc fall under these congress delegated groups?

It doesn't actually shut it down like it should. Hell, they need to rule that all the alphabet orgs are unconstitutional because they are.

Its a good first step to address that congress, not an agency, has the power to set laws. Sets a big precedent to have more lawsuits against the alphabet agencies

IRS doesnt have power to pass laws!

It was NOT shut down. They were simply stripped of the power to create laws in the form of regulations. They can still enforce laws passed by congress.

You just gave the power to AOC and the Democrats you fucking retards.

[–] 1 pt

they have had the power for awhile. Thankfully they are just too fucking stupid and fighting with each other to do anything.

Much, much better to force Congress to actually vote for things than to have unelected federal agencies just DECIDE whatever the fuck they want.

People have some small levers of control over Congress. The same is NOT true for unelected bureaucrats in the GayTF and the like.

You think manchin will vote for stopping coal and green house gasses in his state?

This is just a get out of jail free card when 2030 comes along and their no carbon dream evaporates, so they're not seen as failures. It's just optics.

This may seem like a good thing but it’s just paving the way for ESG global governance to push a bunch of shit that is actually terrible for the environment ie. Green energy, batteries, masks, etc.

We finally have a conservative majority in the supreme court. All this bullshit being overturned is probably led by justice Thomas. Fag marriage and sodomy is next on the chopping block. Interracial marriage isn't.

So close, yet so far.

So fucking annoying that 3 damn people on that court dont fucking understand that unelected beurocrats have no authority to set an energy agenda for the entire country.
