The high court rejected a request by colleges challenging the case.
This case is not related to Joe Biden’s student loan forgiveness plan that is currently on hold and before the US Supreme Court justices awaiting a ruling.

They were and still are. ACTUALLY forgive 100% of student loans, meaning cancel them not pay them with tax dollars. Just flat out cancel them and require that (((banks))) not pass the "loss" on to anyone but their employees.
All three operate colleges the federal government placed on a list of more than 150 institutions that it said are linked with claims of “substantial misconduct.”
So like harvard, yale, mit, stanford? Surely those colleges aren't having their improprieties and fraud just ignored.

It isn’t “forgiveness” when Jewy Jewenstein’s bank lends you money to go to his cousin Jewy Silverberg’s “technical college” that turns out to be as useless and fraudulent as a butthole on your elbow, and then Judge Braun steps in and cancels your obligation to Jewy Jewenstein’s bank. It’s restitution.

I think most people fail to understand how useless these degrees and college is . I had a friend who went there, and the 90 min class had a 15 min beginning where the teacher talked about the other classes they should take, and this happened again at the end of class.
I brought a book and talked about some network security stuff, and I was told everything I talked about was three to six courses ahead.
It was one week of my intro class , at my two year college . . .
