I watched that trial. She should never have been convicted at all. She would be civilly liable for wrongful death for sure, but she was not guilty of manslaughter as she had no idea that she was holding her firearm at the time so could not reasonably foresee the consequences of her actions resulting in death. She was sent to jail because she was White and the dead nigger was a nigger.

Ironically, if she had intentionally drawn her gun and shot the guy rather than grabbing her gun and yelling "taser, taser, taser!" before shooting him, the shooting would very likely have been deemed justified. Nigger was trying to drive off with a police officer in the car.
