This is good. Authority should be questioned, depending on what is meant by "lack of discipline" and we know it's likely "the goy won't follow our degen faggot rules!!!" and questioning the lie of "respect your elders / authority etc" trash. One of the cornerstones of being White is questioning authority regardless of the what or why. Authority mustn't be trusted. Of note, don't confuse the prior with Authoritarian, they're completely different. This is what the cucked-generation: millennials lacked. They were all boot-lickers, yes-men, sir-yes-sir types.

Now there's likely a lot of niggers and spics being niggers in this too but that's already a known but a separate thing and not in anyway related to "This is good. Authority should be questioned..."

e - https://poal.co/s/USNews/633284/345c00a4-3ff9-47ee-a5ec-c7c6c3cefda8#cmnts; Correct. "questioning authority" doesn't mean being a piece of trash and calling them this that or the other vulgar name etc. It means not just yes-siring away on everything but rather asking simple questions like "why that way" etc. If your boss tells you to support (((lgbt))) or (((blm))) etc. then fine, tell them to screw off but be prepared for (((ramifications))).

When you're on the job, you're expected to just get the job done and not be difficult. Do your "fight the man" , question authority on your own time.

And in a White society that includes "disrespecting" the boss and asking why this way and not this other way that's easier. The other manager did the other week while you were gone. That would get you fired in today's numale, millennial cuckold workforce. I left that nuance out and it's relevant but I didn't want to write a book in the OP.

Also no. A workforce where the managers respect, treat, and act as co-equals to their "subordinates" is the proper workforce. There is no subordinate in a proper workforce, it's all equals with a guy who sets tasks and stuff but is till just another employee. While it does make sense in a hierarchy of who has this skill and this experience / knowledge it doesn't make these people the lords of all which needs to be killed off.

When you are working on a project and are questioning your assignment and the timeline it's not conducive to getting things done. Being an independent thinker doesn't have to mean being a dick on the job. They also didn't specify race, it's across the board. When you're on the job, you're expected to just get the job done and not be difficult. Do your "fight the man" , question authority on your own time.

Giving a professional opinion based on experience is welcome, but not questioning authority for it's own sake. Giving a professional opinion isn't questioning authority. Undermining your boss is a quick way to get shit canned.

I'm talking about today, now. How current 'authority' behaves.
