You hit the nail on the fucking head. I dealt with a nigger in a similar manner for about three years. Called the cops on them at least 3 times a week for a couple years. Finally the niggers moved. The house was trashed from the Redfin pictures and they sold like 9 months before house prices started going insane.

I bought a ~3000 sq ft house on a double lot in the second-whitest part of this city by the Lake because I make my house payment with one day of work and enjoy boating. I also am from here and enjoy terrorizing niggers that shit on the streets I played on. And everyone else around here grows weed so no one is going to notice or bother me. All that nigger shit is from rentals and public housing and mixed planning. There were zero niggers on this side of the bridge when I grew up here and the houses are still mostly nice and valuable. This house was cheap because it hasn’t been updated since the 70s. Not only is this a good cashflow property but when I am done with it I will be able to sell it for $250k. There are literally a doctor and a lawyer and my old college professor on the other side of my block where shit doesn’t happen. The whitest nicest part of this city where I used to live is overrun anyways. People are paying $2500 a month rent and they still get raped, robbed, and deal with them. I moved out because there was an OD, arson fire and all the bums and crackheads filter down there anyways. Even the nicest suburbs here all have them. It’s NY I’d have to leave the state to get away from them lol. Which I will very soon my stupid poor friend. My mortgage on this is paid off in two years, a 6 year paydown and this is becoming a rental for travel contract professionals (there’s a major housing shortage here) for about $5-6k a month while I collect that with the rest of my passive income at 42 and homeschool my kids and help them start businesses and hunt all year. I might be buying a farm in Spain for my early retirement. I finished highschool at 16, and started retirement maxing at 18. I still drive a 2006 Ford Fusion with 176k miles on it and owned a restaurant so literally spent hardly any money for basic living for 15 years lol. Then I inherit two other high rent houses anyways.
