I don't get why employees keep doing this shit. That shit is insured. Don't be a fucking hero for the faceless kike-owned investment group that operates your place of employment as a DBA.

Lowes is pro-thief

I've posted this before and I guess I'll post it again. This is about the laws in the us and really isn't somethings lowes or any retailer can help or do anything about. If employees try to stop thieves the retailer can be sued by those same thieves no matter how crazy that is. If there's a thief in the store watch carefully and get every detail so you can later help identify him and talk with loss prevention who will work with law enforcement to track him. If you're in a state like california your store security may hit a wall with cops but that's not something retailers can help either except by leaving the state(which they are in droves).

Absolutely NOBODY hates the stupidity of retailers more than a career retail employee so I hate ever having to defend them at all. But stories like this leave me no choice as employees have literally been KILLED trying to stop thieves before. Is even $15 an hour(sometimes less for new hires) ever going to be worth that?
