TL;DR: Farmer went through the hoops for USDA approval, but then 2020 hit and the government was taking their sweet time so the farmer built his own processing station for cattle and sold to his community. Government didn't like that so stole all the meat, including their own personal stores, and destroyed it. Said that he wasn't even allowed to feed his dogs the meat because "It's totally unsafe for human consumption because the Government didn't approve it."
In other words, fuck the government for wanting to starve us all. Literally no one was having any problems before uncle sam's demonic foot soldiers stepped in.

Brazilian beef that they dunk in bleach and wrap it in machines so the packages are filled with carbon monoxide to keep it red. This is Walmart meat. Walmart doesn't want to pay for US produced beef and they are ruthless against their competition. I have a co-op of 4. We all buy into a quarter cow. Farm raised anti-biotic free and grass fed small family farm. Butchered and packaged for 4. I pickup twice a year. Because we buy 2 cows. With what they are doing to the Amish, I should be expecting a RICO charge any day.
