Why do we need a bill exactly?

The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.

Apparently America and the Biden Administration never had the legal right and authority to defend this country against MASS ILLEGAL INVASIONS...

Fun fact, this is already authorized, above board, and legal. Nothing new is required. It simply requires either the governor to authorize or militias to collectively repel the invaders. State of emergency is already declared.

Any LE or feds attempting to prohibit or prevent or interfere is an act of treason. They can be lawfully arrested and tried for treason.
