Too late to correct the title.
That was actually Hannah Guterez(sp) Reid, who is currently on trial for Manslaughter in the Rust (Alec Baldwin) shooting.
That trial is a bit of a clown show, with the prosecutor being someone who is normally a defense attorney, and the evidence being presented being largely irrelevant to Ried's actions, but more relevant to Alec Baldwin's actions. She is on trial for criminal negligence for allowing live ammunition to come on set and be loaded into the gun that Baldwin used. Baldwin will also face trial for Manslaughter because he pointed the gun at the cinematographer, and with his finger on the trigger (it was a Colt single action revolver), pulled back the hammer and let it go, resulting in the pistol firing.

I only knew about it being related to the Rust shooting because I've been listening to most of that trial.
