How do I know? Because "the NSA" (ie. the US military) already "owns the internet". They built the modern internet. Ever heard of DARPA? Even the defacto "secure, encrypted" protocol TOR is the brainchild of the US Navy. Coinsidence? There are governing bodies over the entire internet protocol stack that decide what is adopted by the internet at-large, who gets what IP, what domain points to where, and so on. All run by multi-national private interest organisations that you and I have no control over.
The internet is not "about to be taken over". It already is. It was from day one. This is a typical psyop tactic where they get you to believe that a fight already lost still stands on the edge of a knife..
I have no doubt about their capabilities to control it to a certain level. The point is they put these mechanisms into law I guess.
So having control over the protocols which make up the internet since the beginning is only control "to a certain level"? Laughable.
The notion that they need to "pass laws" to effect a greater control over the internet is absurd.
