I like the cop’s reaction. The painter told them clearly they would get paint on them if they did not move out of the way and they chose to stay, so the cop did not see any crime being committed.

If I was spending big money to send my kid to a university and found out they were participating in this kind of shit they would be cut off immediately. The only way I might reconsider would be if they were maintaining an A average in all subjects...
