Those plates never made it to the truck to be taken back to DOC to destroy. They made it to the DMV employee's car to take and sell for probably $1 a plate who in turn sold them to organized criminals for $1000 a plate. $1000 is a small price to pay when you are selling white children to jews and arabs for $1,000,000 each.
