Let the fish swim! I love people who use unconventional circumstances as opportunities to improve themselves or the community.
Also, the hydrant is leaking constantly, so the fish are getting a constant supply of fresh water, no filtration needed.
I think NYC has bigger problems than worrying about some goldfish.

Did you guys read the article? That dumb nigger is reopening the hydrant after it's been closed. Or specifically says in the article that it's been closed a few times but "someone" keeps opening it.
