Why does this sound familiar? I know they've tried this before. The way to make this work would be a) low or no interest loans to anyone willing to open a grocery store there and b) the city guaranteeing police/security to make the niggers behave. In a non-grocery store example, slum lords who rent in the ghettos. There is money to be made there. The problem IS the feral nigger alongside the somewhat domesticated ones.

We really should just pay all of them $5k and a first class 1-way plane ticket to Africa. Only condition being that they are banned from all White nations for life and have to renounce their American citizenship.

It would be cheaper than what we do now.
