Sheeeeit, the nearby mobile park has homes that are $200k and that doesn't include the fucking "lot rent" and the taxes and other shit. My late uncle lived in a mobile park and some of his elderly neighbors were forced into nursing homes because the lot rents kept going up. My old uncle was paying $1200 per month just for some shitty lot about the size of a driveway.
