Repercussions are a bitch. Of course, I got out of Dodge 5 years ago seeing the decay in 2020 and before. If you didn't leave then, LOL, it's too late.
Although, I do pop into Baltimore to my favorite bar W.C Harlan from time to time. It hasn't been destroyed yet.
