This should be everywhere. I believe this was the downfall of New Zealand. "Residents" are (or they were when i lived there for 10 years in the 80s) required to vote. If you were a legal resident you had to vote. But they allowed hordes of Pacific Islanders in, many ended up on welfare. Lots of Chinese escaping Hong Kong before the British turned it back to China. Plenty of (dot) Indians. Afghan and Iraqi refugees. So every election the party that promised more welfare ended up getting elected to power.

Why? This is meaningless. This doesn't need an amendment for it to be law.

You have to see the big picture. By having this as an amendment it makes it much harder for the government to outlaw voter ID. Furthermore, due to how the US legal system is built, it forces a precedent into the legal system that makes it easier to create and uphold voter ID laws. Even if (((they))) do outlaw voter ID, this makes it much harder to rig elections as it gives the state something to cite for their restrictions.

before Trump, Ohio put a lot of pajeets and other brown people into office as republican candidates. It's allegedly one of the most diverse state senates. A lot of these people are aware of the vampire merchants. Keep in mind that Kaisic did not become governor out of legitimate means. He was controlled opposition that got elected with electronic voting machines. Everyone knew, and they even killed the guy who implemented it via plane crash. Since then they have moved to not only scantrons, but also other measures. These measures will be coming to all states in time.
