Section 242 of Title 18, U.S.C., makes it a crime for a public official acting in their official capacity to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

So, she needs to be in a jail cell.

the rights of crime victims supersede the constitutional rights of all New Mexico citizens.

People living under your tyranny are now victims and you need to be removed, using your own argument. Citizens are now victims of your crimes.

There is no such thing as a state public health emergency exception to the U.S. Constitution.

Here is the tactic the jews are using: move the Overton window so people accept calling something a health emergency in order to override the constitution. It doesn't matter if it's legal or not. We already see the criminals don't follow the law.
