It did destroy it. Shows it in the video. Anti-air doesn't stop gravity nor destroy matter. The purpose of anti-aircraft and intercepts is to prevent the enemy from reaching its target. The video clearly shows this. The video confirms whatever they are using is very effective against those cruise missiles.
