just shows you the top brass of that country are in no fear of being destroyed by Russia since they are only getting richer off all the, ahem, "aid". I don't mean Russia can't, I mean that these ppl can stay if they survive the conflict or move elsewhere if they don't already have a place(s) to go since they have the funds.
