Yep, theres literally an officially 'unofficial' available hit list of individuals deemed to be against Ukraine/ Govt authority interests - names / photos/ last known addresses/ telephone numbers etc. I recall it included some young teenage girl (iirc was a prolific anti-ukraine war blogger), and a bunch of former ukraine residing journalists who were simply anti war (not even pro-putin) etc
