I'd imagine more Ukrainians.

From my perspective, I think this deal is as much posturing Zelenski to have a few good cards left in his hand when he negitiates peace with Putin. The other part is Trump sneaking in with a deal to recover 2X what USA has invested into Ukraine to date in rare earths.

I don't see this unnecessary war lasting much longer. All sides say they want peace. They need to prove it in the next month.

This way we will get a 2X return for the $$$ already "invested" into Ukraine by offering something Zelenski thinks he really needs before going into peace negotiations with Russia. No more weapons would be no deal and we kiss the $200B already invested goodbye. That's how I think this helps to Make America Great Again. I could be wrong but it seems to be a clever way to get rare earths we need and more than reclaim the money already invested.
