Many years ago, they used to round up hippies and other bums in Monterrey- and even Santa Cruz, and bus them to San Francisco and turn them loose.

Of course the left has a problem with this. They seem to think it's everyone else's responsibility to take care of these people who won't take care of themselves. That will be their downfall.
