unchecked immigration and unchecked welfare creates shitskin overpopulation and an insatiable demand for housing. liberal renter protection laws force landlords to take out obscene insurance policies, which hikes rates. landlords will additionally hike rates to keep ungrateful, destructive communists and shitskins out. none of this was a problem when USA was homogenous.
Don't forget property taxes. Right now, today, the property tax on a in Los Angeles is $1,364 a month. Niggers and spics in urban cities vote for more and more property taxes (in California they're called 'special assessments' because property tax rates are capped) because they think it's taxing the rich "for the children." If someone bought that house to make it a rental they would have to charge $5,800 a month just to break even. Then the niggers, spics, and liberals whine and complain that housing is expensive and try to pass rent control laws making it impossible to make money renting property. Then they complain that landlords are letting properties go to shit. I can't stand how fucking stupid they are.
