You can point the finger at blacks and Jews, but that's only part of the story. Jews have deliberately weakened the standards in American schools to accomodate blacks, who have a subnormal intelligence, and are not capable of performing intellectually at the level of whites. This is obvious.
But there's something more sinister going on. A less well-educated population is more easily manipulated, and will more easily accept lies. There is an on-going effort to dumb down American whites to the same level as blacks and illegals from Mexico. Democrats and their Deep State owners want everyone at the mental level of an uneducated brown person.
