I don't understand why it is wrong for a billionaire philanthropist to invest in better food for strict diets.
Sounds like a win to me. I'm not a vegan either but having better vegan food options is a win for everyone.

They are going to force the masses to eat fake meat and ban real meat. Or at the least, make it very expensive.
The human body really needs meat for optimum mental and physical performance. Especially men.
This is not necessarily 'better food'. They do this to weaken men and create a weaker society.
You simply cannot replace the fat profile in many meats with vegan options.

They are making meat from real animal tissues in the lab, too. I highly doubt that this is what will happen. More likely, we will get cloned tissues that are more nutritious for you but taste slightly worse. Or, better yet, it will be better for you and taste better.

Vegan food can be part of an extremely healthy omnivore diet. The more healthy options we have, the better it is for everyone.
I commend people who are vegans purely for ethical reasons: I do not have the food-abstaining will power nor the time to care enough about animals to be a vegan. I think the next best thing I can do is eat animal food from good animal food producers - it supports good farmers and farming businesses while I'm at it.
