Saying that someone should be hunted down and shot isn't a threat. Saying that it would be poetic justice to have someone storm the offices and shoot up the place is not a threat. Both fall well within Brandenberg vs Ohio.
A threat needs to be specific and credible. It needs to include time, place, and the means for carrying it out. The above doesn't meet that standard. He's not even saying that he will do it. What he's saying is akin to "I wish you were dead". That's not a threat.
This is nothing but a malicious prosecution.
Fuck, any /ourgoy/ lawyer should hit him up. There is money to be made there, unless they get the jewdicial steamroll.
