Just FYI, when you by parmesan cheese in a shaker, you're also getting wood. This is why the wedge is more expensive and tastes better.

The Kroger in the rich part of town has complete wheels. They smell amazing. Their cheese section is crazy. I haven't been afford to go in years but I would grab a handful of wedges of different stuff with the lowest few dollar prices and enjoy eating real cheese until I got sick. The blue cheeses were absolutely divine. A good blue cheese sealed between two meat patties makes the most amazing burger from the grill.
