This fag was way out of line. She could have been calling the authorities to confirm he was a legitimate officer, more likely though.. she was trying to go to the next exit to get off the highway.

The side of the road, especially a busy interstate is a very hazardous place to be for anyone. If I were an officer, I would try to avoid a stop there.

That's exactly what she said she was doing. She said she didn't think there was enough room on the shoulder for HIM to safely approach her car so she was going to the next exit. She was actually thinking about his safety.

On top of that, she did everything perfectly by their book. Their state law says to signal, move to the right lane, and put your hazards on to indicate you acknowledge their presence and are looking for a safe, well lit place to stop.

There are so many cuts in that video I would have pit her too if it went on for that long. She's not even slowing down and clearly isn't aware of her surroundings if she flew right past a cop car in the very next lane like that. Looks exactly like someone trying to entertain a pursuit.

Yes, that is too long. I wouldn't take her word for it, because she also ignores the cop pulling up parallel beside her to pull over, which the cut video doesn't show.
