I doubt it. The morning after rape allegations are usually limited to college whore feminists who are coerced into that narrative by their marxist professors after sharing their "trauma" in a class discussion. Far more common would be ex girlfriends and psychopaths making up whole lies. But this approach benefits them because there is no rape kit done, and the jury is not left wondering why there was no rape kit done.
The people this benefits the most are the organized rape gangs because it ensures there is no evidence against them.
