I wrote my own rental contract for my tenants. It specified that I could evict them immediately if, in my sole opinion, I felt threat of harm to myself or my property. That single phrase has saved me untold grief and expense. One renter even called a cop on me to try and get the standard prolonged eviction time. The cop read it and asked, "would you be kind enough to give her one more day?" Done. Contract law is whatever the parties agree in writing. Use that to your advantage

as much as you can, do what jews do, only work with other white people who are honest and write your own easy to understand contracts so you don't need a lawyer.

The system needs reform. The problem is not that contracts are hard to understand, the problem is that (((they))) created jargon and rules that differ from normal language. There are different ways to interpret everything so those who know how to play the game, and those (((who))) have the most players on their team always win.

AI can now be used by anyone to do what a lawyer does. But they will gate keep access to good AI, and access to case law, and stack the courts with (((collaborators))).

General rule of thumb that has served me well in business - Never sign a contract with someone that you wouldn't trust with just a handshake. After that, the contract is to just put down details so everyone understands - not to try to force compliance and list out how to resolve disputes. In a sane world, you resolve disputes by picking up the phone and talking about it...
