You don't. They are parasites on a society. They do not get marriage licenses so all the women are single mothers on welfare and state support for the children. The men run cash businesses as S-Corps and pay themselves minimum wage. They commit welfare and medicaid fraud, but they donate politically and vote as a block. Essentially, but as importantly starting young.

It is probably impossible for most to do it without gaming the welfare system. So a big part of it would be changing perceptions and ethics of a whole community of white people such that they are ok with acting like jews.
