This has been debated and discussed for over 200 years. There has been serious research, and books written advocating for both positions.
Ex. The Hemingses of Monticello: An American Family is a 2008 book by American historian Annette Gordon-Reed. It recounts the history of four generations of the African-American Hemings family, from their African and Virginia origins until the 1826 death of Thomas Jefferson, their master and the father of Sally Hemings' children.
The video covers both sides. Worst case, there is 4% (1/25) chance he did it - if you're willing to believe libelist and people who's stories are confirmed false.
In other words, it's extremely implausible it's true. More Jew/Black revisionist history.
